Runners banish the blues and Zoe tackles half

This week's Three Counties Running Club challenge was to kick Blue Monday to the curb.

While on their run or walk, members had to try to find as many things as possible which were the colour blue and turn the blue frowns into a beaming sunshine smiles.

– Zoe Gourley took part in the virtual run ‘Don’t be the same, be different’.

You could choose any distance to run from 5k to a marathon.

Zoe completed her virtual half marathon by running in her local area.

She finished in a cracking time just over two hours despite the cold and icy conditions.
