Rimis and Melissa take honours at West Walton time trial
Fenland Running Club hosted its second West Walton Time Trial of the year last week.
Nineteen members participated with Rimis Muduras as 1st Male and Melissa Milham 1st Female.

Saturda afforded nine FRC members a cooler King’s Lynn parkrun #498 – sunshine with a pleasant breeze along the tree lined straight to the finish line.

Sunday was the Abbey 10k which is hosted by Ramsey Runners, established in 1982. A warm and blustery day on a mixed terrain course made for hard work but there were smiles all round after everyone from the club was home.
