Three Counties Running Club members Matthew Knott and Andi Woolley took part in the Snetterton 10k race event.

Conditions were fantastic for running and a great personal best (PB) potential race with the 708 runners taking to the fast, flat race track to either run one lap for the 5k event or two laps for the 10k.

Both members bagged fantastic PBs, with Andi finishing in 58th position in a great time of 42:35 and Matthew in 43:09.

A very frosty Sunday morning meant that the race director of Wisbech Junior Parkrun had to alter the course slightly to make sure the 39 junior runners had a safe run.

It was all about getting round the course safely and not about PBs.

First home for the club and in first place was Alex Wilson in 8:00, followed by Maisie Macdonald in third place, 8:49.

Other times: Keira Fines 8:54, Daniel Beitans 10:36, Ronnie Watts 10:58, Isaac Western 11:02, Luke Wilson 12:53, Annika Beitane 13:09, Tyler Barnes 14:56, Emma Wilson 16:32, Stephanie Harbord 26:47 and Molli Western as tail walker in 26:49.
