Leverington Three Counties Running Club's Halloween dress-up includes Wednesday Addams at King’s Lynn Parkrun to keep PBs coming

By Pete Woodhouse

A very wet and windy Saturday morning saw Three Counties Running Club members do a Halloween dress-up at King’s Lynn Parkrun and even the costumes and weather didn’t stop the PBs coming.

Andi Woolley was first club member home in a PB of 21:48, followed by Richard Stapleton in a PB 22:25, Sarah Melton-Whitelam (aka Wednesday Addams) 26:07, Jodie Clark 28:46 and Katie Doiley 31:29PB.

Hereward Relays, hosted by March AC, are quickly approaching so members took to the fields, river banks and marshes to ‘test’ their legs ready for race day.

It was more like a mud bath on leg two from Whittlesey to March and leg three from March to Welney, but fun was had by all.
