In the Minor Cup, a Joseph Sutton goal was not enough for Sutton Bridge, who lost 2-1 at Cambridge. And Long Sutton A, after winning their first four games, suffered a second defeat, 4-3 at Netherton United A and miss out on a knockout place on goal difference. Ashley Allen scored twice for Sutton.

The season is over for AFC Walpole also, as they lost their Cambridgeshire County League Intermediate Cup semi-final 5-3 at Exning United. The Honey Badgers went 1-0 down after 19 minutes but equalised is the strangest of ways when an Aaron Watson goal kick bounced over the home keeper's head and into the net.
