Setback for Tydd, while Leverington earn a handy point

Tydd's recent good form suffered a setback as they lost 1-0 at home to mid-table Oundle Town in the Peterborough League Premier Division on Saturday, but Leverington Sports moved within five points of safety after a solid 2-2 draw at Stamford Belvedere, Craig Bradshaw and Kieran Hamilton netting.

In Division One, Long Sutton Athletic edged closer to safety after a 2-2 home draw with high-flying Farcet United. The Magpies led 2-0 until the 78th minute through Jack Thomas and Jimmy Ward.

Leverington Sports Reserves were beaten 4-1 at home by Park Farm Pumas in Division Two, Harry Ford on target. Tydd Reserves crashed 6-1 at Crowland Town Reserves in the semi-final of the Inter-Services Cup.

Sutton Bridge United shared six goals in a 3-3 home draw with Thorpe Wood Rangers, Matt Eaton scoring twice and Tiarni Batchelor also on target. Long Sutton Athletic Reserves remain bottom of the table after a 3-0 defeat at Whittlesey Athletic A.

Wisbech St Mary are up to fifth after a terrific 4-1 home victory over fourth placed Great Shelford in the Cambs County League Premier Division, Andy Willmott (2), William Hawes and Ben Smith on target. And there was victory too for March Town United Reserves, who did their survival hopes the world of good with a 2-1 win at Witchford 96. Dominic Butt and Morgan Cogman-Wright scored the goals, while Connor Mazurek was red carded.

Unbeaten AFC Emneth continue their almost inevitable rise to the Premier Division with a 3-0 win at Fordham in Senior A, Tony Allen netting twice to make it 27 goals in 15 games for the season, and Joe Reed also on target. Chatteris Town enjoyed a welcome victory in Senior B, beating bottom side Sawston Rovers 4-1 at home, Sam Bond netting twice and Ashley Blanchflower and Ashley Saunders also on target.

Benwick Athletic beat Great Paxton 4-0 in 1B, while Wimblington are through to the semi-finals of the Creake Charity Shield after beating Hemingfords United Reserves 3-1, Daniel Harradine, Benjamin Matthews and Dale Richardson scoring, while Martin Porter was sent off after receiving two yellow cards.

Chatteris Town Reserves went down 3-1 at Littleport Town in 2B, Benjamin Roberts scoring, while Manea United were beaten 6-1 at home by Whittlesey Athletic Reserves in the North Cambs Junior Cup, Josh Brittin scoring.

Cambs 3B side AFC Emneth Reserves are through to the final of the Norfolk Primary Cup after triumphing 2-1 at Costessey Sports Reserves. Ben Garner and Callum Elsey scored for the Honey Badgers, who had trailed 1-0.

Benwick Athletic Reserves are still without a 3B win this season after a 7-1 thrashing at AFC Ely, and Outwell Swifts' 100 per cent league record went with a surprising 2-1 home defeat to mid-table West Row Gunners. Ryan Moles netted for Swifts.

Doddington Three Lions are through to the semi-finals of the Haigh & Peck Cup after beating Ashdon United Reserves 2-1, Liam Brady and Joe Waters on target. While in 4B, Guyhirn beat Swavesey Institute Reserves 4-2 and March Academy Adults beat Chatteris Town A 4-0, Barry Brooks, Joshua Kirby, sub Philip Kowbas and an own goal doing the damage.

Marshland Saints beat Ingoldisthorpe 4-1 on penalties after a 3-3 draw in the North West Norfolk League Division One League Cup.
