Six of the worst for Tydd as they are beaten at home by Warboys Town
Tydd suffered a sixth defeat from six in our featured game this week, going down 5-0 at home to Warboys Town in the Peterborough League Premier Division.
Leverington Sports have made a much better start to the season, however, and recovered from a 1-0 defeat at perennial title challengers Moulton Harrox on Tuesday to secure a decent 2-2 draw at Deeping Rangers Reserves.
Chatteris Town are fourth in Division One, beating Holbeach United Sports 4-1 at home on Saturday after falling to their first defeat of the season on Wednesday, beaten 2-1 by Cardea at West Street. Casey Stonnell-Fitzgerald scored in midweek, with goals from Martin Saunders, Sam Bond, Aaron Ruscoe and Stonnell-Fitzgerald on Saturday.
Wisbech Town Reserves are 11th after following up a 2-1 midweek home win over Holbeach United Sports with a 13-2 thrashing at Deeping United. Dumitru Sarmaniuc and Claudiu Simon scored on Wednesday evening after the Fenmen trailed at half-time, and Robert Breide and Sarmaniuc netted on Sunday.
One place behind Wisbech are Long Sutton Athletic, who drew 2-2 at home to Peterborough Polonia on Saturday.
Sutton Bridge made it three wins from three in Division Two, beating Stamford Belvedere Reserves 5-2 at home, Ryan Brothwell netting twice and Jordan Collison, Matt Eaton and Mark Garner also on target.
In the same division, Leverington Sports Reserves lost 4-0 at Hampton, and it’s three defeats from three for Tydd Reserves after losing 4-0 at Warboys Town Reserves.
Long Sutton Athletic have also lost their first three games, in Division Three, the latest defeat a 6-3 reversal at Thorney, having led 2-0 at the break. Ryan Cousins, Scott Pemberton and Simon Adcock netted for The Magpies.
Leverington Sports A recorded their first win of the season in emphatic style, 6-0 at home to Deeping United Development, Gary Hurrell netting twice and Craig Bradshaw, Aaron Hurrell, Swaley Stokes and Marley Woods also on target.
Wisbech St Mary are still without a Cambs County League Premier Division win after four games and on Saturday were soundly beaten 5-0 at home by Ely City Reserves.
March Town Reserves top Senior B after a 3-0 home win against Abington United. The Hares took the lead after a corner was cleared, only for Harry Powley to whip it back in before Liam Monaghan controlled on his chest and scored from eight yards.
March instantly added a second from the penalty spot from Reece Thompson and led 2-0 at the break. The third saw a Seb Goldspink free kick pick out James Rose who scored with a fantastic header.
Promoted Wimblington are adjusting well to life in a higher division and thrashed visiting Swavesey Institute 6-1, Ben Matthews (3) Gary Smith, Sean White and Martin Porter on target.

Manea United won 2-0 at home to Papworth in 2B, Outwell Swifts won 1-0 at home to Houghton & Wyton, new signing Brandon Hedge netting, and the newly-formed Wisbech St Mary Reserves drew 1-1 at St Ives Town A, Jamie Leet scoring.
Doddington Three Lions drew 0-0 at home to Soham United Youths Mens in 3B, and in 4B Chatteris Town A were thrashed 7-1 at Alconbury Weston, Lewis Jarrald scoring. In the same division, March Academy Adults won 5-2 at Guyhirn, Maison Smithers (2), Jack Conyard, Charlie Robinson and Lee Roberts scoring for the visitors.
Manea United Reserves lost 3-2 at Mepal and Sutton Reserves, the reformed Outwell Swifts Reserves were beaten 11-1 at Pymoor, the new Wisbech St Mary A team won 2-0 at Upwell Town, Martin Wright and Tom Chilton Senior netting, and Wisbech Town Acorns were beaten 4-1 at Willingham Wolves, Thomas Cameron netting.
Marshland Saints are loving life after switching to the Anglian Combination and made it three wins from three when they defeated visitors Dussindale and Hellesdon Rovers A 4-2, David Abbott and Charlie Dungey among the goals.
