WISBECH TENNIS CLUB CHRISTMAS COMPETITION
Some 10 hardy players braved the blustery yet sunny conditions on Saturday afternoon to play a ladies’ and men’s festive competition, facing four rounds of tennis.
The winners were Gary Fitzjohn for the men and Wendy Cropp for the ladies, with runners-up Andy Lister and Jacqui West, who were presented with wine and chocolates. A really fun afternoon was had by all, which was rounded off with sandwiches, cakes, tea and the odd glass of red wine!
