Woolley posts Leverington Three Counties Running Club PB again in Ryston Cross Country Shouldham series

Three Counties Running Club adult members on Sunday took part in the Ryston Cross Country series held at Shouldham, along with a ‘cheer squad’.

This month’s race was a distance of 5k through the woods of Shouldham Warren with two events left of the six-race series.

First home out of the 13 club members running and with another great personal best (PB) was Andy Woolley in 20:51.

He was followed by: Jonny Clark 21:43CPB, Nick Clarey 23:21, Vicki Newton 23:44, Phil Newton 24:04, Arthur Sargeant 24:27 PB, Sarah Johnson 24:52, Sarah Melton-Whitelam 25:10CPB, Donna Johnson 27:01PB, Victoria May 27:12CPB, Matt Hunter 27:13, Lisa Woolley 35:56CPB and Jodie Clark 36:05.
