North Cambs EBF county outdoor finals were held at Gorefield Bowls Club at the weekend

The North Cambs EBF county outdoor finals took place at the weekend.

Winners were presented with trophies by North Cambs County Presidents Matt Hewitt and Sue Tolliday.

Jon Ivatt (Gedney Hill) won the men's 4 wood singles event with a score of 21, while Jane Clifton (Black Cat) won the ladies' competition.

Charlie Robinson and partner Adam Horspool took victory in the under-25s pairs event, while the St Lawrence team won 93-90 against Gedney Hill to take home the County Cup.

The winners of each competition will take part at the upcoming national finals, which will be held in Skegness from August 21 until August 28.

Players and spectators were kept happy with refreshments provided by Gorefield.

The 2022 competition will be hosted by Black Cat Bowls Club in March.
