Two marathons in a week for March runner Ryan Jarvis

Steve Ryan ran the Norwich 10k fabulously to cross the line in 55:50.

Ryan Jarvis upped the ante once again as he ran two marathons last week.

He started with the Decades Dash, where he finished in a time of three hours and 45 minutes.

Three days later he ran a PB at the Bedford Autodrome Marathon, with a time of three hours and 33 minutes.
