Whittlesey Athletic reveal the club’s new managerial team as they look to build on a 12th-place finish in the Thurlow Nunn First Division North
Whittlesey Athletic have announced a managerial partnership at the club.
Adam Moore and Lee Briggs have taken over first-team affairs at The Danzen Logistics Stadium following the departure of previous boss Kev Gilbert.
Gilbert leaves the club, having guided them from the bottom of the Thurlow Nunn First Division North table with just two points in October to an excellent 12th-place finish.
Moore was Gilbert's assistant last season and decided to stay on and take up with role along with Briggs.
The club is looking for stability this year and believes they are in a strong position with these two at the helm.
Whittlesey have also been boosted by the news that key players Keane Rippon-Hart, Ollie Gale, Dan Redhead and Jack Bates have all agreed to stay with the club for next season.
