William Horspool impressed in the National Youth 10-mile Championships

Up-and-coming juvenile rider William Horspool pulled off a remarkable end-of-season performance just when it mattered most.

In the National Youth 10-mile Championships at Mallory Park on Saturday, he raced to a personal best of 24.12 - good enough to secure 35th spot out of 77 participants.

He has two more years in this age category, with the majority of boys currently two years his senior.
