Wisbech kicked off their S-Tech League campaign with a convincing demolition of rivals Pinchbeck.
Chloe Stanborough opened the scoring with a fine strike from the edge of the box and scored another equally good goal with her left foot.
Last season’s top scorer Sophie Swinden grabbed a hat-trick, captain Faye Kowalewsky scored twice, with Emma Woods and Kaylie Swinden getting the other goals.
Some very good football was played by the home team, who play local rivals Wisbech St Mary next Sunday.

March Town United warmed up for their away FA Vase clash at Peterborough Northern Star with a 4-1 home loss to Harleston.

n March Soccer Academy U15’s took control against Marlborne Rangers and through great teamwork and skill ran out 6-1 winners. Hat-tricks came from Dan Cave and MoM Josh Kirby to seal a deserved victory.
