Grab the mic and give it a go at open music night

An open music night is being held at Wisbech St Mary Sports and Community Centre later this month.

Anyone is welcome to go along and give it a go at the event on Tuesday, April 18.

It starts at 8pm and entry is free.

Organised by 'Liam and Friends', the hosts said: "Give it a try if you can pluck it, strum it, sing it, blow it, hit it or just play it."

All ages and abilities are encouraged – bring your music, backing tracks on CD, tablet or phone.

There will be a sale, so bring with you your surplus musical equipment if you want to sell them on the night.

Further nights are planned on May 16 and June 20.
