March amateur dramatic group latest production

A March amateur dramatic group is already preparing for its next production after a successful performance of Fawlty Towers at March Community Centre.

The Anglian Players are getting ready to stage A Fete Worse Than Death later this year – and are looking for people to get involved in any aspect, from acting and lighting to prop design and music.

The play, written by Richard James, is a comedy of village life inspired by an annual holiday in Norfolk. The play contains seven parts, four males and three females.

The group will be holding a read-through at March Community Centre on Tuesday, February 3, from 7:30pm, with rehearsals taking place the following Thursday, February 5, also at 7:30pm.
