Panto time at Angles Theatre – but strictly adults-only
The Angles Theatre is putting on a "filthy fairytale" this weekend called 'Sleeping with Beauty' – and it's strictly for grown ups!
The adults-only pantomime, written by Tom Whalley, is being staged at the Wisbech theatre tomorrow (Thursday), Friday and Saturday.
The story follows Princess A'whora, who has finally come of age, but after suffering a terrible curse from the wicked fairy Carabitch, will perish if she gets just one prick in her hand.
With the help of the fabulously thorny Fairy Hanny, will the Queen and Muddles get in a spin? Or will the scantily clad Prince Albert have to get his chopper out.
This event is strictly for 18 year olds and above, with limited tickets available.
This will be the third annual adult panto at the Angles, with the last two proving very popular.
The cast will push the boundaries in this hilarious take on the traditional pantomime.
‘Sleeping with Beauty’ has evening performances on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7.30pm. For tickets, visit https://www.anglestheatre.co.uk/whats-on/show/1173637112 or call 01945 474447.
