Talk coming up about commemorating Wisbech war dead

An opportunity is coming up to learn about learn more about how World War veterans are commemorated in Wisbech.

An illustrated talk by Paul McGregor is taking place at Wisbech Library on Thursday, March 28 from 10.30am-12pm.

The talk considers how commemoration developed during and following the First World War through to after the Second World War.

It also looks at the work of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, where Paul is a volunteer.

Free tea and coffee is provided but donations are welcome.
