A nagging crosswind slowed most riders in the third of the Wisbech Evening ‘10’s but road and track specialist Jason Kierman shrugged off the conditions to nail the win in 21.44. Triathlete, Mat McClure also improved and Phil Lee had to settle for third. The only other cyclists to improve their times over last week were father and son team Richard and Warren Eve, who go quicker every time they ride despite the conditions, and 70-plus John Brown.
