Wisbech bungalow fire was accidental

A fire at a Wisbech bungalow on Saturday morning was accidental.

Firefighters from Wisbech, West Walton and King's Lynn were called to Holmes Drive at 8.45am.

Firefighters arrived to find a well-developed blaze involving a semi detached bungalow, which was spreading to an adjacent property.

Wearing breathing apparatus, they extinguished the fire using hose reels and a jet before returning to their stations by midday.

The property was safely evacuated before crews arrived.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
