Elm reader says dog poo problem is in more than one place




A reader has written to complain about a village's dog poo problem.

With reference to Sally Gibbs’ letter last week, it is not just Elm Low Road that has problems with dog poo.

Twice this week I have encountered dog faeces on the pavements of Henry Warby Avenue in Elm, leading to the public grassy area, where children can play.

Dog owners are being asked to clean up after their pets.

Dogs do not walk there on their own.Lazy owners please take responsibility of your pets.

As well as the mess, there is the chance of catching Toxocariasis if ingested, which is common in small children.
