Eighteen arrests across Cambridgeshire with alleged crimes including threats to kill

It was not only football that failed to come home last night following the European Cup Final - but also a number of people across the county, who woke up in police cells this morning.

Posting to Facebook Cambridgeshire Police said: "It's not coming home - Unfortunately, we have 18 people currently in our custody cells who didn’t come home either last night – they must have refused to listen to our Sterling advice yesterday.

"Their alleged crimes include making threats to kill, dangerous driving, violent assaults, possessing offensive weapons, robbery and drink driving (to name a few).
