Family fun and games at March Library
A club for families to enjoy playing together has held its first meeting of the new year.
The March Library Family Lego and Games Club is, according to organiser Zoe Gowler, "exactly what it says on the tin".
It is a club open to families of all ages and offers an opportunity to either play with everybody's favourite construction toy, Lego, or with a choice of board games.
It will run on the third Saturday of every month at March Library from 10.30am to noon and it costs just 50p per child - no cost for adults.
All children must be accompanied.
The library is also launching a new club for families with under school-aged children.
The new Happy Baby Hours which started this week and offers parents/carers an opportunity to bring your baby or toddler along to meet other families and chat and play together. There will be a range of baby toys and books available.
It launches tomorrow (Tuesday) and will run weekly on Tuesdays 2pm to 3pm and Fridays 10am to 11am and is aimed for children up to the age of four.
There is no need to book, and the best part is, it's free of charge.
