Four men accused of outraging public decency by engaging in sexual behaviour on Holkham Beach will be appearing in Norwich Crown Court later this month.

Mark Godfrey, 53, and Steven Hunt, 30, of Corbyn Shaw Road, Lynn, and Richard Hook, 49, and Daniel Smithson, 46, who live in Alma Terrace, Norwich, appeared before magistrates in Lynn earlier today (Thursday, September 10).

The men entered no pleas to the offence, which is alleged to have taken place on August 2, during the hearing and opted to appear at the crown court.

All four are due to appear at a preliminary hearing on September 24.

They were released on bail with a condition not to enter Holkham Beach.
