Cambridgeshire has 14 new police officers following a ceremony this week.
The 14 celebrated with a passing out parade in front of family and friends.
The recruits, who paraded at a chilly force headquarters in Huntingdon, are embarking on our degree apprenticeship pathway.
It means they will study for a degree, earning while they learn, with no tuition fees or student debt.
In the spring, the force is launching a new two-year route into policing, the Police Constable Entry Programme (PCEP), which will replace our Initial Police Learning and Development Programme.
The force is currently only recruiting to its detective programme for graduates, but you can visit the website to express an interest.
