A47 open again between Wisbech and Guyhirn after accident

UPDATE: A stretch of the A47 closed last night after a serious two-vehicle collision is now open again.

The road between Wisbech and Guyirn was shut between around 10pm and 5.30pm after the incident.

There are currently n details of casualties.

PREVIOUSLY: The A47 between Wisbech and Guyhirn has been closed tonight (Wednesday) in both directions following a serious collision.

The road is closed between the A141 near Guyhirn and the B198 near the South Brink on Wisbech.

Police are asking motorists to use an alternate route.
