A Wisbech man has appeared in court to deny driving while disqualified and having an offensive weapon in a public place.
Tommy Sleath, of Tindall Close, pleaded guilty to two other charges relating to the same incident – driving an Audi A4 while not wearing a seatbelt and having no insurance.
The offences happened on Boyces Road in Wisbech on December 1 last year, King’s Lynn Magistrates’ Court heard on Thursday.
A trial date for 30-year-old Sleath’s charges of driving while banned and having a knuckle duster has been set for March 31.
