Man stopped for driving over 120mph on A47 minutes after buying car

A driver in his 20s has been reported for excessive speeding just five minutes after buying his car.
Norfolk and Suffolk Roads and Armed Policing Team posted on social media at 3pm this afternoon to say they are dealing with the driver on the A47 at Walpole Highway.
The car was a BMW 240i and the driver was travelling at 124mph.
The post said the driver had bought the car just five minutes ago when he was stopped.
