Upwell man Daniel Cowell to face trial next year after being accused of damaging van wing mirror

A man accused of causing criminal damage to a van’s wing mirror will face trial next year.

Daniel Cowell, 31, of Thurlands Drove, Upwell, pleaded not guilty to the two offences at Lynn’s Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.

He also pleaded not guilty to using words to cause alarm or distress.

Cowell will face trial on April 16, 2024 and was released on conditional bail with orders not to contact the complainant or go to their address.
