Motorcyclist on suspected stolen bike in Whittlesey reported for not having business insurance

Police stopped a motorcyclist delivery rider for having a suspected stolen bike and ended up reporting him for not having business insurance.

Officers stopped the bike in Kings Delph, Whittlesey, on Monday, as it had been reported as stolen last month.

The rider was able to prove it hadn’t been stolen, but failed to provide evidence that they were insured for business use.

The bike was seized and the driver was reported for the offence.
