Questions on incinerator planned for Wisbech

With reference to the proposed Wisbech mega incinerator these are some of the questions I would like answered:

Where would the road alterations be and how long would they take, considering the grid-lock experienced at certain times of the day around Wisbech?

How long would it take to build such a huge incinerator; who would build it and where would the materials come from?

How much waste would be brought here and from where?

How much weight would each lorry carry and how many loads would this mean?

How much waste ash would be generated and where would it be disposed of?

Lastly, and the most important question is, how will the people in Wisbech and surrounding areas benefit from such a monstrous invasion?
