Wisbech road closed by burst water main and gas leak

Part of Norwich Road in Wisbech has been closed this morning following a burst water main and gas leak.

Police say the road is shut in the Wilberforce Road area, where the burst main was discovered at around 7.45am today.

On their Twitter account, Fenland police said Anglian Water engineers had been made aware of the problem.

It is unclear how long the road is likely to be closed for.
