Gorefield Outdoor Bowling Club are excited to host the North Cambridgeshire EBF County Outdoor Finals this month

Players and organisers are looking forward to the North Cambridgeshire EBF County Outdoor Finals later this month.

The highly anticipated matches will take place on July 17 and 18 at Gorefield BC Wolf Lane.

Things will kick off at 10am on the Saturday, with players from Gedney Hill, Black Cat, Marshland and Gorefield teams taking part.

Events will include men's and ladies' singles, senior singles, triples matches, mixed pairs and under-25 competitions.

Highlights will no doubt come from the County Cup match between Gedney Hill and St Lawrence (Sunday, 4pm) and the men's Champion of Champions game (Saturday, 2pm).

Gorefield Club will be providing refreshments for spectators over the two days, with tea and coffee, soft drinks, bacon rolls, sandwiches and cakes on offer.

Members of the crowd will also be able to enter a raffle, which will attempt to raise county funds.

The final match-up on each day will begin at 4pm.
