Wisbech Town end Cambs Whitings cricket season in fifth with loss to Ramsey
Wisbech Town have faded as the Whitings Division 1 season closes and on Saturday they finished the campaign by losing to visiting Ramsey by six wickets.
Wisbech finished fifth, 24 points behind March.

March’s Saranga Rajaguru turned in yet another superb all-round Sunday display but they lost to Peterborough Town by 66 runs.
The Sri Lankan leg-spinner reeled off his third five-wicket haul of the summer in Rutland League Division 1 with a 5-39 return in the visitors’ 246-9 total.
That was after vice-captain Sam Clarke had claimed a wicket in the first over.
The other wickets to fall were shared by teenagers Kian Pooley (2-52) and Harry Gowler (1-35), who both bowled well at this level.
Rajaguru starred after tea, striking eight boundaries in his knock of 63 and sharing in a second wicket stand of 118 with Nathan Oliver, who made 48.
But when they both departed without a further run being scored, March soon found themselves 152-6.
Wicketkeeper Andrew George scored a brisk 22 in the final total of 180.
