Chatteris Tennis Club reaches new heights with 'ladder' tournament

The re-introduction of an all year round singles tennis ladder tournament is proving to be a popular addition to the opportunities for tennis offered at Chatteris Tennis Club.

A ‘ladder’ event enables members to play competitive singles three-set matches to enhance their skills, particularly during the periods in the year when league matches and in-house club tournaments are not active.

Adult club members and the best junior members aged 10 or over have been invited to take part in the ladder.

The ladder is just one of many opportunities for social and competitive tennis offered at the multi-award winning club. Its membership ranges from four-year-olds in coaching to the oldest playing member of 78.

New members across all ages and abilities are welcomed and coaching is also available from the club’s own team from LK Tennis Academy.
