Fenland-based RKA Kickboxing Academy taste success in Barnsley

The Fenland-based RKA Kickboxing Academy took a team of 10 fighters to the WKO European Ringsport Championships in Barnsley on Sunday.

After some incredibly tough fights, we came home with 13 gold medals, seven silver medals and two bronze medals from kickboxing, low kick kickboxing (where leg kicks are allowed) and K1 kickboxing (where knees are allowed).

Out of all the clubs in attendance, RKA were placed fifth overall in the official medal table.

A great day for the academy and for Fenland. The Academy are incredibly proud of the achievements of the team.
