March cricketers to use new double bay net training facilities

March Town Cricket Club is pleased to announce the renovation of the double bay net training facilities.

New netting, sheets and skirts have been supplied and fitted by Exclusive Leisure of Leicester.

The renovation has been paid for from a legacy received from the estate of the late Norman Alterton, who sadly passed away last November.

Norman was a life member, former president and in his younger years an excellent first team opening bowler.

As a former coach, the double bay nets are a lasting memorial for Norman.
