Wisbech tennis youngster Max Tjurina finishes as runner-up at Royston Tennis Club under-12 event

Max Tjurina put in an excellent performance at a Royston Tennis Club tournament.

The youngster, who plays his tennis in Wisbech, impressed as he emerged victorious in all matches on his route to the final.

He was eventually overcome 2-4, 1-4 in the event's showpiece match.

Max was taking part in the under-12s event at Royston.

This is the latest milestone in his young career, which kicked off with the likes of county championship victories at the age of seven.
