Plume leads Fenland Running Club home

Twenty-one Fenland Running Club members took part in the 5th and final Peterborough Grand Prix 5K Series at Werrington last Wednesday.

In a field of 299 runners, Andrew Plume led Team FRC home and came 33rd in a time of 17:45 missing a new PB by just five seconds.

Paul Griffin did PB, however, with a sub-19 time of 18:52, shadowed by Martin Jennings easing back after injury in a time of 18:53.
