Runners-up Hungate Rovers lift S-Tec League Cup by beating Cambridge

Hungate Rovers under 12 girls ended an excellent season by winning the S-Tec League Cup, beating south division winners Cambridge City 2-1.

The team would like to thank everyone who came to support them on the day which included members of the ladies team and family members that travelled from quite a distance away.The girls also finished the season after a play-off for top spot in the league as runners-up.

Rovers are now looking for additional players to add to the squad, and a kit sponsor.
