Hares win but Fenmen and Saints defeated
Wisbech Town were defeated at home 2-1 by unbeaten Belper Town this afternoon, while March Town won 2-1 in their game at Felixstowe and Walton Reserves.
Wisbech St Mary went down 5-0 at Fakenham Town in the Thurlow Nunn League first division north on Friday evening.
At the Elgoods Stadium, Wisbech conceded after just three minutes to Belper in the Northern Premier League south east division when Alex Peterson side footed home. The big striker made it 2-0 before the break but substitute Declan Rogers pulled one back for the Fenmen.
Danny Setchell and Charley Sanders both went close to snatching a point for Wisbech, who are now third from bottom.

After a goalless first half at Felixstow and Walton Reserves in the Thurlow Nunn League first division north, new signing Dylan Edge put March in the lead. The home side equalised but man of the match Jamie Short won all three points for the Hares with the last kick of the match.
March are now back up to sixth in the league table.

In the Peterborough & District League Cup Long Sutton won 2-0 at Hampton Reserves. Leverington Sports lost 4-0 at home to Thorney in the Cambs Cliff Bullen Cup first round and Tydd were thrashed 9-0 at home to Foxton in the same competition.
Struggling Sutton Bridge went down 11-2 to Moulton Harrox Reserves in division one of the Peterborough League, while in division two Long Sutton Reserves lost 3-2 at home to Stamford Lions Reserves.
Parson Drove Reserves won 2-1 at Parkside in division three, while Leverington Sports A went down 4-0 at home to Thurlby Tigers in division four.
March Reserves lost 2-1 to GamlingayUnited in the William Cockell Memorial Cup KO and March A beat Wisbech Town Acorns Reserves 4-2 in the Cambridgeshire League division 2B.
