Three Counties Running Club's Craig Freestone took part in the Positive Steps Norfolk 100km (62.13miles) race - and earned himself a special tankard.

Competitors had 16 hours to complete the distance, and had to be finished by 10pm. They also had to carry kit with them, which included a map of the course, rain jacket, emergency food, first aid kit and a head torch.

The race started with a loop around Castle Acre and then followed The Peddars Way to the coast at Holme next-the-sea before following the coastal path all the way to Sheringham and finishing at Beeston Hall School.
