Mindful wellbeing walk in Wisbech goes through park and by riverside
A rambling get-together group is inviting people to join in on their regular wellbeing walks in the fresh air.
The mindful walks around Wisbech are aimed at getting everyone and anyone out of the house to go for a relaxing stroll with like-minded people.
The walk aims to provide a safe space for anyone to make new friends, chat their Friday morning away and get active at the same time.
Walks usually last around 40-60 minutes and never longer than 90, depending on crossings, rest stops and the general pace.
Dogs are welcome but must be calm and sensible with roads and children, as the timing of this walk hopes to attract mums who are at home during the day.
It’s a regular walk that takes place every Friday at the same time and place, but you don’t have to attend every one – you can just pick and choose whenever you want to go along.
Everyone is to meet up at the bandstand at the front of Wisbech park.
