Man and woman arrested following drugs raids in March
Police made two arrests after drugs, an offensive weapon, and a suspected banned breed of dog were all seized in raids on homes in March this week.
In a post on their Facebook page Fenland Police said: “It was a successful day for the Fenland neighbourhood teams with the support from our Peterborough city centre team and the dog unit as officers carried out three warrants.”
The warrants were executed in Creek Road, St John’s Chase and Queen’s Street in March yesterday (Thursday) in connection with drug dealing.
A range of class B, class C and suspected class A drugs were seized, alongside offensive weapons, electronic devices and a suspected banned breed of dog which did not have an exemption certificate.
A man and a woman were arrested and have since been bailed to return to the King’s Lynn Police Investigation Centre (PIC) in August pending further enquiries.
If you have any concerns surrounding drug use or dealing in your area, you can report it via the force website.
