A Sutton Bridge man has been convicted of a drink-drive offence in his absence.
Sean Flanagan, 32, was medically unfit to attend Peterborough Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
On his behalf, solicitor Damian Willatt entered a guilty plea to the charge of failing to provide a specimen for analysis at King’s Lynn on December 11, 2020.
The court was told that Flanagan, of Wharf Street, has a separate excess alcohol matter due at
Boston Magistrates’ Court on April 21.
Sentencing for the failing to provide offence was adjourned to tie up with that matter.
