FENLAND

March: F/YR25/0409/VOC, Land South And West Of 4 - 5 Mill Hill Lane, Variation of condition 1 (list of approved drawings) of Planning permission F/YR21/1192/RM (Reserved Matters application relating to detailed matters of appearance, landscaping, layout and scale pursuant to outline permission F/YR20/0335/O to erect 2 x dwellings (single-storey 4-bed)) to amend location of Plot 2 within the site;

WEST NORFOLK

Emneth: 25/00574/O, Land E of 3 To 6 Meadowgate Lane, outline application with some matters reserved for proposed residential development of up to 4no. dwellings.

West Walton: 21/00622/DISC_B, Tamar Nurseries 201A School Road, discharge of condition 21 from planning permission 21/00622/F - Variation of conditions 7, 8 and 28 of Planning Permission 16/00813/OM: to change access design.

Walpole St Peter: 23/01814/DISC_B, Land South of Applegate House, Walnut Road, discharge of conditions 5, 6 and 10 - outline application with some matters reserved for; Residential two-storey building with 4 bedrooms and separate garage.
