An Outwell man has appeared in court on a fraud charge.

Simon Bond, 40, pleaded not guilty to selling a vehicle engine on Facebook for £1,530 and then not sending it to the buyer.

The offence is said to have happened between August 9 and December 11 last year.

Bond, of Langhorns Lane, was before magistrates in King’s Lynn on Thursday.

He elected for trial at the crown court and the matter will next be heard in Norwich on May 5.
