New Shoe Zone ‘big box store’ comes to Wisbech

Shoe Zone, the UK’s leading value footwear retailer, is opening its 37th big box store, in Wisbech, with the creation of seven new jobs.

The store on the Cromwell Road retail park is set to open tomorrow (Saturday) with a full launch day planned for next weekend (Saturday 17).

The Leicester-headquartered business is planning to open eight additional out-of-town stores, before the end of 2019, taking the total to 45.

Nick Davis Chief Executive Officer at Shoe Zone said: “We are very excited to have opened our 37th branded store in Wisbech. This is our 19th big box store opening this financial year, which is a great achievement for Shoe Zone, taking our total number of stores in the UK to 500.

"We hope that our customers like what’s on offer and we look forward to welcoming them into our new store.”

Shoe Zone has undergone a transformation in this new concept store, which not only has a new look and feel but also stocks a range of renowned brands including Rieker, Skechers, Heavenly Feet and many more. Alongside the brands, the store also stocks Shoe Zone’s own brand range.

The store will be hosting some fantastic opening offers on branded stock, delivering even more value to all the family.
