When will Fenland District Council consider the environment?

The following is a letter first printed in today's Fenland Citizen...
Yet once again the elderly residents of Grove Park in Wisbech are subjected to trees being hacked down and burnt.
Cars, washing, patios and freshly painted homes are covered in ash.
We host COP21 this year, to try to reduce the carbon into the atmosphere but Fenland District Council seem to consider it okay to not stop trees being felled and burnt.
They have already removed an orchard for a proposed care home and now the land behind that is being desecrated. When will Fenland consider the environment?
