"To be continuing my role is very exciting and, with the introduction of our new Under-23 side, it will increase our player participation and will further strengthen the club."

A club statement from Drove read: "We are delighted to confirm first team manager Arran Duke has committed to the club for the long term, as part of our three-year plan.

"Arran has achieved a club points record for two consecutive seasons despite rebuilding the side twice in both of these seasons.

"With the added structure and introduction of our under-23s, the future is looking very bright.

"We are delighted to have Arran at the helm as we continue to progress on and off the pitch."

The Thurlow Nunn First Division North side has announced several pre-season games.

They will travel to Ely City on Tuesday, July 1, before hosting Wisbech Town four days later.

A trip to Heacham follows on July 12, before a midweek home fixture against March Town three days later.

Drove will conclude their friendlies by hosting Boston United under-18s on July 23.
